Mr. Gustafson represented my family after a defective medical device caused significant harm. His deep knowledge of mass tort litigation, honed over three decades, was immediately apparent. He and his team at Searcy Denney were thorough, strategic, and clearly respected in the field—his recent Lawyer of the Year recognitions are well-deserved. We achieved an excellent outcome. The only minor critique is that communication from junior staff could sometimes lag during non-critical phases. Overall, I would confidently recommend him for anyone facing a major corporate defendant.
