Our manufacturing company faced an overwhelming debt burden and needed to explore restructuring options. We were referred to James O'Neill at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, and it was the best decision we could have made. With his 40 years of deep experience in Delaware bankruptcy law, Mr. O'Neill provided a clear, strategic path forward from our very first meeting. His representation of our debtor-in-possession was masterful; he expertly navigated negotiations with our creditors' committee, handled complex litigation regarding asset sales, and maintained a steady, reassuring presence throughout the entire Chapter 11 process. It was evident why he is consistently recognized in both Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights as well as Bankruptcy Litigation—his dual expertise was invaluable. Beyond his technical skill, his professionalism and direct communication made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. The plan was confirmed efficiently, allowing our business to emerge leaner and financially stable. We are profoundly grateful for his exceptional service and would recommend him without reservation to any company or committee facing similar challenges in the Wilmington area.
