There were periods of several days where I received no updates, and responses to my emails sometimes took longer than I expected. While I never doubted his legal expertise or the quality of his firm's resources, managing client expectations on process and timelines seemed to be an area for growth. For straightforward legal analysis, he is certainly capable, but if you prioritize frequent touchpoints, you may need to be very proactive in setting those expectations from the start.
