A consummate professional who guided us through a complex construction dispute

Our company faced a significant contractual dispute with a general contractor that threatened a major project. Jim Crongeyer’s deep, three-decade background in construction law was immediately evident. He combined his recognized litigation expertise with a practical understanding of the commercial landscape in Mississippi. Jim and his team at Watkins & Eager meticulously prepared our case, explaining every strategic nuance without jargon. His leadership, honed from years as a managing member, ensured a coordinated and decisive effort. The result was a highly favorable settlement that protected our interests completely. We trust him implicitly with our most complex legal matters.
