Expertise and Dedication in Local Government Law

Working with James Holloway on our zoning dispute was an exceptional experience. His 18 years of litigation and local government law expertise were evident from our first consultation. He navigated complex municipal regulations with precision, securing a favorable outcome for our property development project. James's recognition in commercial litigation and real estate law clearly reflects his mastery of these areas. His ability to balance aggressive advocacy with diplomatic negotiations was pivotal in resolving our case. The team at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP is fortunate to have such a skilled partner. Highly recommend James for any municipal or commercial real estate legal challenge.
