Competent and knowledgeable, but communication could improve

Attorney Raymond handled the formation of our LLC and the subsequent commercial property purchase. His knowledge of business organization and real estate law is evident, and his recognition by Best Lawyers is well-deserved. The legal work was thorough. However, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to emails, which created minor anxiety during time-sensitive phases. For straightforward, complex transactions, his expertise at Upton & Hatfield is solid, but managing client expectations on communication timelines could be enhanced. We achieved our goals, but the process required more proactive follow-up from us than anticipated.
