A competent attorney with deep experience in employment law

I engaged James Eisenmann of Alden Law Group for a complex wrongful termination case. His 34 years of experience and recognition in employment law for individuals were evident; his grasp of the legal landscape in D.C. was solid, and his strategy during settlement negotiations was sound. We achieved an acceptable outcome. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Communication was not as proactive as I had hoped, with responses sometimes taking several business days, which added to my stress. While I have no doubt about his legal competence and the value of his long career, the client experience felt more adequate than exceptional. He is a capable lawyer, but manage your expectations regarding accessibility.
