I have worked with Jim Adkins on multiple commercial real estate acquisitions and developments over the last eight years, and his counsel has been indispensable. His deep, 25+ years of experience representing developers is immediately apparent. Recently, we faced a complex title issue and restrictive covenant challenge on a multi-parcel acquisition in St. Louis County. Jim’s methodical approach, drawing on his recognized expertise in real estate law, not only navigated the legal hurdles but also structured the transaction to maximize future development value. His background in engineering from Missouri S&T gives him a unique, practical understanding of development projects that pure legal advisors often lack. Jim is more than an attorney; he is a strategic partner who consistently helps mitigate risk and protect investments. His professionalism, responsiveness, and substantive knowledge make him a top-tier choice for any investor or developer in the Clayton area.
