Prior to that, Jim practiced as a partner with Kilpatrick Stockton in its corporate and health care departments.
Earlier in his career, Jim was a shareholder and director of Bell, Davis & Pitt, P.A. where he practiced in the firm’s corporate, health care and insolvency sections.Jim is a 1986 graduate of the College of William and Mary, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, the national business honor society. He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law.
