When our company faced a high-stakes breach of contract lawsuit that threatened our very existence, we turned to James Walker at Triplett Woolf Garretson. From our first meeting, his nearly five decades of experience, particularly in complex business litigation, were evident. He calmly dissected the intricate details of our case, explaining the nuances of Kansas commercial law with a clarity that immediately instilled confidence. Mr. Walker’s background in both state and federal courts proved invaluable as the dispute escalated. His strategic approach was meticulous; he never rushed to litigation but built an unassailable position that ultimately forced a highly favorable settlement just before trial. The recognition he has received, including the Lawyer of the Year award, is clearly well-deserved. Beyond his formidable expertise, his professionalism and personal commitment were outstanding. He was always accessible, patiently answered our countless questions, and treated our crisis with the gravity it deserved. He didn’t just handle a legal file—he protected our livelihood. For any business in Wichita facing serious commercial litigation, James Walker is the definitive choice.
