An indispensable guide through complex environmental compliance

Our company faced a daunting compliance issue involving legacy contamination at a manufacturing site we were acquiring. The regulatory maze was complex, and the potential liabilities were significant. We engaged Jacqueline Vidmar at Nijman Franzetti, and it was the best decision we could have made. With her 37 years of deep environmental law experience, she immediately identified the core regulatory and transactional risks that others had missed. Her guidance was not just legally sound but strategically brilliant, blending her regulatory knowledge with sharp litigation foresight. She navigated negotiations with both the seller and state agencies with a calm, authoritative presence that commanded respect. The transaction closed successfully, with a protective framework that has since shielded us from unforeseen liabilities. Her recognition as a top environmental lawyer in Chicago is well-earned. Jacqueline is more than an attorney; she is a strategic partner who delivers exceptional results.
