Competent handling of a complex real estate dispute

He is clearly knowledgeable, especially in Alabama real estate law. However, communication was sometimes slower than I preferred, and managing expectations on timelines could be improved. For straightforward legal matters, his competence is solid, but be prepared to follow up proactively. He got the job done, but the process felt more transactional than collaborative.
