Competent representation with some communication delays

I hired Jaclyn Kurth at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard to handle a personal injury case following a car accident in Waukegan. Her background and recognition in personal injury litigation were clear from the start; she demonstrated a solid understanding of the legal process and my medical records. The outcome of my case was ultimately fair, which I attribute to her competence. However, the experience was mixed. While she was knowledgeable, communication was inconsistent. There were periods of several weeks where I received no updates, and responses to my emails often took longer than I expected. When we did connect, her advice was sound, but I sometimes felt I had to initiate the contact to get clarity on next steps. For someone with her recognition from Best Lawyers, I anticipated a more proactive and responsive client experience.
