A Lifeline for Our University During a Complex Labor Dispute

Our university faced a challenging labor negotiation that threatened to disrupt operations. We turned to Jackie Koscelnik based on her long-standing reputation in Pittsburgh. Her 35 years of experience, particularly her deep knowledge in labor and employment law for institutional clients, was immediately evident. Jackie guided our leadership team with a steady hand through the entire process, from strategy sessions to representing us before the relevant state board. Her insight into the unique dynamics of higher education, combined with the practical perspective she brings from her work with manufacturers and hospitals, was invaluable. The resolution she helped secure was fair and sustainable, protecting our institution. Her recognition as Lawyer of the Year is well-deserved. Jackie is not just a brilliant attorney; she is a trusted strategic partner.
