Competent and experienced, but communication was inconsistent

With his 45 years of experience and recognition in real estate law, I felt confident in his technical expertise, which was solid. The transaction closed successfully. However, the process felt less smooth than expected. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, and explanations of certain corporate law implications were a bit rushed. For straightforward matters, his deep knowledge from the University of Michigan Law School is evident, but clearer communication about timelines and next steps would have improved the experience.
