Indispensable Counsel for Complex Employment Litigation

Our company faced a high-stakes, multi-plaintiff employment litigation that threatened significant financial and reputational damage. After consulting with several firms, we engaged Scott Hickman at SRVH, and it was the best decision we could have made. Scott’s three decades of experience, particularly his deep focus on employment law for management, were immediately evident. He didn't just react to the lawsuit; he conducted a thorough analysis of our policies and the specific allegations, crafting a defense strategy that was both aggressive and strategically nuanced. His guidance through the discovery process was meticulous, and his ability to explain complex legal concepts to our executive team in clear, business-oriented terms was invaluable. Scott’s recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in his field is well-deserved, reflecting the caliber of his advocacy. He successfully negotiated a resolution that was far more favorable than we anticipated, protecting our business interests completely. Beyond the outstanding result, his professionalism, responsiveness, and calm demeanor under pressure provided immense reassurance throughout a stressful period. For any Tennessee business navigating employment disputes or litigation, Scott Hickman is the attorney you want in your corner.
