Competent but communication could be more consistent

Mr. Anderson handled the zoning variance for our property addition in Red Bank. His deep knowledge of local land use law, backed by over three decades of experience and his recognition in Best Lawyers, was evident. He successfully navigated the municipal board process. However, our experience was mixed. While the legal outcome was satisfactory, there were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, and some procedural steps weren't communicated as proactively as we would have liked. For straightforward legal expertise in real estate matters, he is certainly capable, but managing client expectations on timelines could be improved.
