J Glen Wagstaff handled my small business contract dispute. His general practice background was evident, and I appreciated his psychological insight from his USC degree, which helped during tense negotiations. The outcome was satisfactory and he clearly knew the local Boston, Utah courts. However, there were noticeable delays in returning emails, sometimes taking several business days, which added to my stress. While his legal advice was sound, the process felt less proactive than I expected. He's a capable attorney for straightforward matters, but you should be prepared to manage your own expectations regarding response times and follow-up.
