Our company recently engaged Andy Rogers to handle the negotiation of a master lease for a new retail development we are spearheading in Fort Worth. With over four decades of experience, his depth of knowledge in commercial real estate was immediately apparent. He didn't just review clauses; he explained the long-term implications of each term, from CAM charges to exclusivity provisions, with a clarity that was invaluable. His recognition by Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law is well-deserved. Andy and his team at Kelly Hart & Hallman were thorough and strategic, ensuring our interests as the developer were strongly protected. The one area where we occasionally felt a slight delay was in receiving draft revisions during the busiest periods, as his expertise is clearly in high demand. That said, when we needed him for critical negotiations, he was fully present and effective. We achieved a favorable agreement, and I would confidently recommend him for any sophisticated commercial real estate matter, particularly development and leasing.
