There were periods where communication lagged—it sometimes took several days to get a reply to non-urgent emails, and updates weren't always proactive. While her legal advice was reliable, the overall client service felt just adequate, lacking the personal touch and consistent engagement we had hoped for given the seven years of experience noted. For straightforward legal needs, she is certainly capable, but managing client expectations and communication could be improved.
