When a payment dispute with a general contractor threatened to derail my small homebuilding business, I turned to Isaac Westling. His dual licensure in Tennessee and Florida was immediately relevant, as the contract had multi-state elements. Isaac's recognized expertise in construction law was evident from our first meeting; he dissected the contract's nuances with clarity I hadn't found elsewhere. He didn't just jump to litigation. As a certified Rule 31 Mediator, he strategically pursued a mediated settlement, saving immense time and cost. His approach was both tenacious and pragmatic, securing a favorable resolution that protected my company's cash flow and reputation. Isaac’s professionalism and deep understanding of commercial and employment law principles, which underpin many construction disputes, made all the difference. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone in East Tennessee facing complex civil matters.
