Irwin has an excellent reputation for the skill with which he represents sophisticated parties in complex commercial transactions and for judiciously counseling his clients as to their strategic business planning needs. His comprehensive ability to promptly identify, properly assess and negotiate substantive inherent risks in virtually all types of commercial transactions enables his clients to prudently navigate appropriate risk allocations with other parties. In addition to recognition by a number of professional groups, Irwin was recruited to serve and has served on the Board of Directors of Alliant Credit Union for the last 8 years. Alliant Credit Union is one of the ten largest credit unions in the nation with well over 13 billion dollars in assets. Irwin is a member of the Alliant Credit Union Board’s Executive Committee and Chairman of its Supervisory Committee. For many years, Irwin previously chaired its Credit Committee.
