There were several instances where responses to emails took longer than expected, sometimes stretching to three or four business days, which created anxiety during time-sensitive phases. While her legal work was solid and she clearly knows the landscape, the client service aspect felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward, high-stakes zoning matters, her expertise is reliable, but you may need to manage expectations regarding accessibility and proactive updates.
