Mr. Weinstock's Yale Law background and the firm's noted recognition in trusts and estates and tax law were evident in the technical quality of the work. The documents were meticulously prepared, and his analysis of the tax consequences was thorough. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final outcome was solid, communication was not always as proactive as I would have preferred. There were periods of several days where I received no updates, requiring me to follow up. For straightforward aspects of the process, the responsiveness was adequate, but during more complex phases, I felt a bit in the dark. He is clearly knowledgeable, but the client service aspect felt more transactional than collaborative. I would describe him as a capable attorney who delivered on the core legal work.
