A consummate professional who delivers exceptional results

Our company faced a complex and high-stakes employment litigation matter that threatened significant financial and reputational damage. From our first consultation, Ian Cooper demonstrated a command of the intricate legal landscape that was immediately reassuring. His 41 years of experience, particularly in employment law management and commercial litigation, were evident in his strategic approach. He didn't just react to the opposing counsel's moves; he crafted a proactive, multi-faceted defense that anticipated every challenge. Ian served as our lead counsel, guiding our internal team with clarity and managing the case's complexities, including nuanced class action considerations, with a steady hand. His deep understanding of both the letter of the law and practical business implications was invaluable. The recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year in his field is well-deserved, as his counsel was nothing short of brilliant. The outcome was decisively in our favor, exceeding our most optimistic expectations. Ian and the team at Tueth Keeney are not just hired attorneys; they are strategic partners. For any business navigating sensitive employment or commercial disputes in St. Louis, I cannot recommend Ian P. Cooper more highly.
