Expert Guidance Through Our Complex IPO Process

Our company recently navigated the challenging process of an initial public offering, and we were fortunate to have Howard Berkenblit as our lead counsel. With his three decades of experience, particularly his leadership of Sullivan & Worcester's Capital Markets Group, his expertise was immediately apparent. He possesses a deep, practical understanding of securities law and corporate governance that goes far beyond textbook knowledge. Howard was instrumental in structuring our equity offering, anticipating regulatory hurdles, and providing clear, strategic advice that our board found invaluable. His recognition in Corporate and Securities Law is clearly well-deserved. The entire process felt managed by someone who has seen it all from his Boston base. If there was one minor critique, it would be that during the most intense weeks, communication from his direct team could occasionally lag by a day, though Howard himself was always reachable for critical matters. Overall, his counsel was a key factor in our successful launch, and I would confidently recommend him to any company facing the complexities of public capital markets.
