Our mid-sized manufacturing company retained Helen Braverman after a major supplier breached a long-term contract, causing significant operational and financial disruption. From our initial consultation, it was clear Helen possessed deep expertise in the kind of complex commercial litigation we were facing. Her background in insurance coverage was unexpectedly crucial; she adeptly navigated the interplay between our potential recovery from the supplier and our own insurance claims, maximizing our overall position. Helen’s strategic approach was impressive. She didn't just react to the other side's motions; she anticipated their arguments and built a compelling, fact-driven case that clearly demonstrated bad faith. Her courtroom presence during preliminary hearings was confident and persuasive, which I believe contributed to a very favorable settlement before a protracted trial became necessary. The one area where we occasionally felt a slight delay was in email response times during non-critical phases, though her team was always responsive for urgent matters. Overall, Helen’s command of commercial law and her practical, results-oriented mindset in Philadelphia’s legal landscape were invaluable. We achieved an outcome that far exceeded our initial expectations and would not hesitate to recommend her for sophisticated business disputes.
