Our manufacturing company faced a serious legal challenge when a major distributor attempted to terminate our contract under what we believed were anti-competitive and unfair terms. The situation was complex, involving both contractual interpretation and potential antitrust implications. Heidi Silton was recommended to us, and her background in complex business litigation, particularly for small to mid-sized businesses, was immediately evident. She took the time to thoroughly understand our business model and the specific market pressures we were under. Her strategic approach was not just about legal theory; she framed the dispute in practical business terms that made sense to our entire leadership team. Heidi's representation was assertive yet measured, and she successfully negotiated a resolution that protected our market position without the need for protracted, costly litigation. Her expertise in antitrust principles within general business practice was invaluable. The only slight drawback was that during particularly busy periods, response times to non-urgent emails could stretch to a couple of days, but her team was always courteous in providing updates. Overall, we felt exceptionally well-represented by someone who genuinely understands the legal landscape for regional businesses in Minnesota.
