Competent but communication could be more consistent

Ms. Aref's deep experience in commercial lending, particularly with syndicated loans, was evident during our recent refinancing. Her knowledge of banking law is solid, as her recognition suggests. However, response times were sometimes longer than expected, and the process felt a bit more transactional than collaborative. While the legal work was handled competently, clearer communication on timelines and next steps would have improved the experience. She is clearly knowledgeable, but the client service aspect felt adequate, not exceptional.
