Heather Voegele formed Voegele Anson Law after spending more than 12 years at one of Nebraska’s largest law firms and 5 years heading the litigation department at one of Omaha’s fastest growing law firms, of which she was a founding member. Voegele Anson has extensive experience in all aspects of the dispute resolution and litigation processes and has first chaired more than 40 trials and arbitration final hearings throughout the United States. However, Voegele Anson’s experience extends far beyond the litigation process. Heather was selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2022 Edition of the Best Lawyers in America© for her work in Litigation.​Having spent her career working collaboratively with professionals in all aspects of the law, Voegele Anson has developed the unique ability to analyze a client’s needs from a variety of different angles.
