Competent in complex litigation, but communication could improve

Heather McFeeley represented our small business in a commercial contract dispute. She was thorough in her research and prepared a solid defense strategy. However, the experience was mixed. While her legal work was sound, we sometimes experienced longer-than-expected wait times for updates on our case. Setting clearer expectations on communication timelines from the outset would have been helpful. For straightforward legal matters within her recognized expertise in Philadelphia, she is a capable attorney.
