Her practice includes commercial lending and real estate transactions, leverage buyouts, drafting commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements, stock restriction agreements, handling title matters and general business planning.Heather received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. She also graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law where she was recognized for contributing more than 75 hours of pro bono work.
