Competent on business structure, but communication was inconsistent

I hired Harsh Arora to assist my family-owned import business with restructuring from a sole proprietorship into an LLC. His background in closely held companies and his recognition in business organizations law were evident; he clearly understood the nuances of Florida law and drafted the operating agreement thoroughly. The work product was solid, and he was knowledgeable when we discussed partnership dynamics. However, the experience was mixed. There were periods where responses to emails took several days, which created anxiety during time-sensitive steps. While his analysis from Boston University and Nelson Mullins' resources provided a strong foundation, managing client expectations on timelines could be improved. For straightforward business entity work, he is certainly capable, but be prepared to follow up proactively if you need frequent updates. The result was satisfactory, but the process felt more reactive than collaborative at times.
