Competent corporate counsel, but communication could improve

I engaged Hannah Greendyk at Riker Danzig to assist with the sale of my small manufacturing business in the Jacksonville area. Her background from Seton Hall and her recognition in Corporate Law by Best Lawyers were certainly factors in my choice. The legal work on the asset purchase agreement and due diligence was thorough and precise, which gave me confidence in the transaction's structure. However, my experience was mixed. While the final product was solid, there were periods where responses to emails took several days, and I sometimes felt I had to follow up to get updates on the negotiation status. For a straightforward deal, her expertise is evident and the firm's reputation is well-deserved, but the client service aspect felt more transactional than collaborative. She is clearly knowledgeable, but the overall experience was just satisfactory, not exceptional.
