When our small business faced a significant zoning challenge for a property expansion in Troy, we turned to Gregory Gamalski. His 42 years of experience, particularly his recognized focus in real estate and land use law, were immediately apparent. Mr. Gamalski didn't just recite the law; he provided a clear, strategic roadmap. He leveraged his deep understanding of local ordinances and his experience counseling both private businesses and public entities to anticipate hurdles we hadn't even considered. His "AV" peer rating speaks volumes about the respect he commands, and we witnessed that same ethical standard and legal acumen firsthand. The process involved intricate negotiations with the planning commission, and his counsel was invaluable in securing the necessary approvals without costly delays. He is a true asset at Bodman PLC. For anyone navigating the complexities of real estate acquisition or land use in Michigan, Gregory Gamalski is the definitive expert you want in your corner.
