Our family retained Gregory Bubalo after my father was seriously injured by a defective medical device. From our initial consultation, Mr. Bubalo's 45 years of experience were evident. He explained the complexities of mass tort litigation with clarity, drawing on his board certification in civil trial advocacy and his extensive trial background. It was reassuring to know we were working with an attorney who has been recognized multiple times as Lawyer of the Year in this very specific field in Louisville. His strategic approach was meticulous, and his team at Becker Law Office was thorough in building our case. The one area where we occasionally felt a slight delay was in receiving non-urgent email replies, as his caseload is clearly substantial. However, when it mattered, his communication was direct and effective. Ultimately, his deep knowledge of the local legal landscape and his proven track record gave us confidence during a difficult time. We achieved a settlement that provided the security my father needed, and for that we are profoundly grateful.
