Expert real estate counsel for a complex acquisition

Our company recently engaged Gregory Spitzer to advise on the acquisition of a multi-state industrial portfolio, a transaction fraught with complex title and environmental due diligence issues. With over three decades of experience, his deep knowledge of real estate law was immediately apparent. He guided our team through the labyrinth of agreements with a steady hand, and his background representing both private equity and public companies gave him a valuable, strategic perspective on structuring the deal. It’s clear why he’s recognized in this field. While his counsel was impeccable, there were a few instances where communication from his team lagged slightly behind our aggressive timeline, requiring a follow-up. That said, the final outcome was excellent. His Northwestern-honed expertise and Paul Hastings’ resources were instrumental in navigating the complexities to a successful closing. I would confidently recommend him for sophisticated real estate matters.
