A solid, experienced attorney for real estate matters

I hired Gregg Krumme to assist with a complex commercial property purchase that involved navigating some restrictive covenants. His deep experience in real estate development and construction law, backed by his 36 years of practice, was immediately evident. He efficiently identified potential pitfalls in the transaction that I had missed. His recognition in real estate law is well-deserved in terms of technical knowledge. However, my experience was mixed on the service side. Communication was sometimes slower than I would have preferred, with responses taking a couple of days during critical phases. While his advice was always sound, the process felt more transactional than collaborative; I sometimes had to follow up to get clarity on next steps. For straightforward, expertise-driven real estate work, he is a competent choice. Just be prepared to manage expectations around availability and proactively seek updates if you need them.
