While the outcome was ultimately favorable, there were significant delays in getting responses to emails, sometimes over a week. Updates were infrequent unless I initiated contact, which added unnecessary stress during the process. For straightforward legal analysis, Grace is very capable, but if you value proactive communication and clear timelines, you may need to set very firm expectations from the start. The expertise is there, but the client service aspect felt just adequate.
