Gina Rossi represented me after a serious accident involving a commercial vehicle. Her 17 years of experience and recognition in railroad and transportation law were evident; she clearly knows the intricacies of this field. The legal strategy she developed was solid, and her background from Hall & Evans provided strong resources. However, the experience was mixed. While the outcome was acceptable, communication was sometimes a challenge. There were periods of several days where I wouldn't hear updates, and responses to emails could be slow. The process also felt more protracted than I initially expected. Gina is undoubtedly a knowledgeable trial lawyer, as her practice in catastrophic injury and wrongful death suggests, but managing client expectations and responsiveness could be improved. For straightforward, competent legal work she is capable, but be prepared to advocate for regular communication.
