An Invaluable Partner for Complex Real Estate Development

Our company faced a multi-faceted challenge involving the acquisition and rezoning of a significant parcel in Hillsborough County for a mixed-use development. Navigating the complex web of land use regulations, municipal approvals, and underlying real estate contracts required a lawyer with not just deep knowledge, but seasoned judgment. Gina Grimes was precisely that advisor. Leveraging her four decades of experience, particularly in Florida land use and economic development, she crafted a strategic approach that addressed both immediate permitting hurdles and long-term title concerns. Her counsel was always clear, pragmatic, and grounded in an obvious mastery of the local landscape. The A-V Preeminent rating and her recognition in land use law are clearly well-earned. What truly set Gina apart was her ability to anticipate issues we hadn't considered, saving us considerable time and potential liability. She guided us through negotiations with the city and sellers with a firm but collaborative style, ultimately securing the approvals and closing the transaction seamlessly. For any serious real estate investment or development project in the Tampa Bay area, Gina Grimes at Bradley Arant is an exceptional resource. Her professionalism and expertise directly contributed to a successful outcome for our firm.
