Bio

Jerry Friedrichsen is Chair of the Litigation Department at Fitzgerald Schorr, where he has practiced since joining the firm in 1979 following a clerkship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Jerry’s 35 years of trial and litigation experience is defense oriented, concentrating on insurance litigation, both coverage and defense; commercial litigation; products liability; professional liability and litigation representing governmental subdivisions. Jerry has been recognized by his peers, earning him admission into the invitation-only American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates. He also has been listed since 2007 in Great Plains Super Lawyers and since 2009 in Best Lawyers of America, who named Jerry 2014 Best Lawyer of the Year for Products Liability Defense.
