Competent on technical matters, but communication could improve
Geoff Dittrich at INK LLP provided solid legal advice for our startup's seed funding round. His recognized expertise in venture capital law was evident when reviewing the term sheet, and he identified several key issues we had missed. However, as a firm based in San Francisco, the time zone difference with his Vancouver practice sometimes led to significant delays in receiving responses, which was stressful during tight negotiations.
