Gary Gotsdiner

Gary Gotsdiner is a native of Nebraska and graduated with honors from Denver University. He attended law school at the University of Nebraska and graduated with honors in 1978. Upon graduation, Gary immediately joined the firm and has been on its Board of Directors since 1988. He serves as the Chairman of the Board. Gary is client-focused, highly responsive, and business savvy. He is laser-focused on the matter at hand and results driven. Gary assembles the most effective team of attorneys to efficiently serve clients and resolve issues. Gary’s primary practice areas include mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, finance and banking, corporate law, and tax and estate planning. Gary has significant experience with closely held and family-owned businesses including governance, management, and succession. Gary has helped many clients over the past 40 years take their start-up business to peak and transition them to the next generation. Since 2007, Gary has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in fields including Closely Held Companies and Family Business Law, Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
