Experienced and capable, but communication could improve

However, the experience was mixed. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, there were periods of slow response to emails, and explanations of certain litigation procedures, like the timeline for potential avoidance actions, were sometimes too brief for a non-lawyer. For straightforward, high-stakes corporate reorganization work, his Vanderbilt-trained expertise is solid. Just be prepared to manage expectations around client communication and accessibility throughout the process.
