A steady hand through a complex union negotiation

Frederick Dorsey guided our small private school through a tense union contract negotiation with remarkable expertise. His deep knowledge of labor law, honed over four decades, was evident in every strategy session. He anticipated the union's positions and helped us reach a fair agreement without litigation. While his billing structure is premium, reflecting his Lawyer of the Year recognition in Education Law, the value was clear. Communication was occasionally delayed due to his caseload, but when we connected, his advice was always precise and grounded in vast experience. I highly recommend Mr. Dorsey for any institution facing complex labor relations matters.
