Competent on complex litigation, but communication was inconsistent
We engaged Frédéric Plamondon at Norton Rose Fulbright for a complex commercial dispute involving a multi-state supplier contract. His recognized expertise in Corporate and Commercial Litigation was evident; he had a strong grasp of the legal intricacies and his analysis was thorough. However, the experience was mixed. While the legal strategy was sound, there were significant delays in receiving updates, and responses to our emails often took longer than expected. For a firm of this caliber, we anticipated more proactive communication. The work product was ultimately solid, and his background in handling cross-border matters was a plus, but managing client expectations could be improved. He is clearly knowledgeable, but the service aspect felt just adequate.
