Our company recently engaged Fred Karlinsky to navigate the regulatory complexities of acquiring a specialty insurer in Florida. With over three decades of experience, Fred's deep knowledge of insurance law and financial services regulation was immediately evident. His role as Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Global Insurance Regulatory Practice wasn't just a title; it translated into a strategic, big-picture approach that was invaluable. He anticipated challenges from the Office of Insurance Regulation that we hadn't even considered, and his recognition in Administrative/Regulatory Law is clearly well-deserved. Fred and his team were thorough, precise, and instilled great confidence during a high-stakes transaction. The one area where we occasionally felt a slight delay was in receiving follow-up emails, as his demanding schedule is understandable. However, any minor lag in communication was more than compensated for by the quality of the work product. For any matter involving insurance regulatory strategy or transactions in Tallahassee or beyond, Fred Karlinsky is a formidable and highly recommended advocate.
