I engaged Frank Pitsoulakis at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren to assist with the commercial lease negotiation for my small business in Milwaukee. He successfully navigated several complex clauses related to CAM charges and renewal options. However, the experience was somewhat mixed. While the final work product was solid, there were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, which added stress during our tight timeline.
