In that regard, he delivered; his analysis of the case was thorough, and his knowledge of both litigation and international arbitration procedures was evident. He successfully guided us toward a mediated settlement, which was our goal. However, the experience was not without its frustrations. Communication was sometimes slower than I would have liked, with responses to emails taking several days during non-critical periods. While his legal advice was sound, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times, and I occasionally had to follow up to get updates on procedural steps.
